LocalREK Complex & Property Rules

General Property Rules

  1. No illegal drugs or alcohol are permitted on the property at any time.
  2. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all park areas.
  3. All pets must be on a leash; owners are responsible for cleaning up waste.
  4. No littering; please use designated trash receptacles for all waste.
  5. No glass containers are allowed on the fields or in spectator areas.
  6. Bicycles and scooters must be parked in designated areas and are prohibited on fields.
  7. Park hours are from dawn until 10:00 PM unless a sanctioned event is occurring.
  8. Parking is only permitted in designated parking spots; no parking on grass.
  9. Verbal or physical abuse of staff or other visitors will result in immediate removal.
  10. Speed limits within the property must not exceed 10 MPH for the safety of children.

Youth Sports Rules

  1. All players must wear age-appropriate safety gear and uniforms during play.
  2. Spectators must remain at least 5 feet behind the sideline during games.
  3. Coaches and parents must demonstrate positive sportsmanship at all times.
  4. No unauthorized training sessions or games are permitted without approval.
  5. Referees' decisions are final and must be respected by all participants.
  6. Players and teams must clean their bench area immediately following games.
  7. Water is the only beverage permitted on the turf; no sports drinks or snacks.
